Shopping Policies

Shipping:

All regular orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of  order if the item(s) are in stock.

If an item is out of stock, notification will be sent by email regarding the estimated length of the

backorder on the item.

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS ground service. Expedited services such as

2nd day air and overnight delivery are also available. Shipping fees are based on actual weight of

product(s) and packaging and are calculated through USPS & UPS's shipping websites.

A $2.00 packaging and handling fee is included on all orders. We are unable to ship to a post

office box address.

Returns:

We will accept returns or exchanges for all other products in its original condition and packaging

within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received. We are unable to refund shipping

charges and cannot accept any returns on a COD basis.

Privacy Policy:

We do not use "cookies" to track our visitors. Your information is supplied voluntarily and is used

only to contact you to receive additional or promotional information from DOGgone Gourmet

Treats.

DOGgone Gourmet Treats is the sole owner of the information collected on our site. Your

information is only available to our employees and will not be sold, shared or traded to any

third party company or agency.
